Getting Together Part 2 of 2

Some of the main factors that ruin our relationships with each other are bitterness, jealousy, unforgiveness, and strife. Usually unforgiveness comes after jealousy and strife have occurred. Resulting in bitterness. Jealousy and strife don’t even have to occur in a major way. They can start out as tiny little seeds in our minds. They can then manifest and grow into the huge issues that ruin our relationships. None of these things are a part of walking in love (See 1 Corinthians 13:4-7).

If we as women of God can put our differences aside, and unite in Christ what a powerhouse we could be! One way we can begin to unite is to stop thinking about ourselves so much. Sometimes, we can be so self centered and self absorbed that we forget that our main purpose is to glorify God and to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. When we made the decision to give our lives to Christ, we did just that. We gave ourselves and our agendas to Him. It’s not about us. Ladies, we are living in the last of the last days. It has long been time for us to step up and do what God has called us to do. So, let’s get together and put ten thousand to flight.
