Mod.s.t Fashions Sews Along With Kate of See Kate Sew

Over the weekend, Mod.s.t Fashions participated in a sew along  hosted by Kate of See Kate Sew. This was the first sew along I’ve ever done and was really pleased with the way the clutch turned out.

 

I used thrifted denim and floral print taffeta for the ruffles.  The lining is a lighter weight denim fabric. A little extra taffeta and a cute bling button was used to make a detachable flower.

 

 

Kate did a fabulous job with the instructions! They were very easy to follow and the pattern was simple. This project didn’t take long at all.
