Mod.s.t Fashions Fashion DIY of the Week: Burberry Prorsum Inspired (Faux) Fur Scarf

This scarf only takes about 10 – 20 minutes to make. The original was 30″ long so the measurements given below will make a 30″ long scarf. You’re welcome to make it longer. All seam allowances are 1/2″

  1. Cut a strip of fur that’s 31″ x 9″
  2. Fold it in half the long way, with the fur sides together and sew with a 1/2″ seam allowance, creating a long tube. Leave one of the ends open
  3. Turn it right side out and hand sew the opening closed.
  4. Measure 2″ from one of the ends and cut a 4″ slit in the center to loop the other end through.
  5. Style it!! (^_^)
